Silence retreats are organized in spacious and beautiful retreat centers, surrounded by several hectares of lush natural environments.

Led by our team of experienced teachers, all driven by the same calling to spread the benefits of silence, we gently guide you and support you through your own inner journey. 

Meditation, digital detox, Yoga, qigong, lifestyle workshops, walks in the woods and massages will all take place in silent and natural surroundings, providing you with an unforgettable experience. 

We organise English-speaking Silent meditation retreats in collaboration with Les Antisèches du Bonheur.

Silence Seminars

VIPASSANA


The Silence retreats are inspired by Vipassana, a Buddhist term meaning “to see the true nature of reality”, and one of the most ancient meditation techniques of India. It was taught there over 2500 years ago as a remedy against universal suffering and as an art of living. This method aims to explore ones’ inner world and to focus only on the present moment as a way to purify one’s mind. 

Vipassana retreats last ten days, are completely silent, and participants have no contact with the outer world. They are not allowed to talk, to read, or to do any activity other than the instructions. The rules are strict – unbearable for some – waking up at 4am, meditating for 10 hours a day, with only two meals served at 6am and 11am. 

After having lived this incredible experience and reaped its benefits, Jeanne Dujardin endeavoured to create retreats that are gentle and pleasant, in order to discover the benefits of silence within a pleasurable and supportive environment, making the practice accessible to all.
